The “Best Practice Guidance on Ventilation Air Methane (VAM) Mitigation” report, developed by the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) Group of Experts on Coal Mine Methane and Just Transition, sheds light on the urgency of tackling VAM emissions.
